Application
Transparent Color Acrylic Powder Coatings are widely used in automobile wheels.
Acrylic / Autowheel Transparent powder coating can be applied by manual or automatic electrostatic spray equipment. It is recommended that powder film thickness be between 80-100 microns.
Average coverage:
8-10m2/kg, the membrane is 60μm(calculate by 100% utilization rate of powder coating).
Packing:
Carton packaging, lined with double polyethylene bag, net weight 25 kg.
Pretreatment
Aluminum, steel or Zintec surfaces to be coated must be clean and free from grease.Iron phosphate and particularly lightweight zinc phosphating of ferrous metals improves corrosion resistance.Aluminum substrates may require a chromate conversion coating.
