5. Components- Packaged Air Conditioning
FRAME
--It is painted galvanized sheet steel and has very solid skeleton. Skeleton can be opened easily with double-walled, glass wool insulation fitted caps. It is painted with Stained electrostatic powder in order to be protected against foreign influences and It has a decorative appearance.
--Base made of hot dip coating box iron, frame made of anodized aluminum profiles, Paneling made of double-layer
steel plate, sandwiched with polyurethane insulation.
COMPRESSOR
R407C(R410A,R134A or R22) gas hermetic scroll has compressors cooling with a very quiet and safe working. It is used for 1 , 2 or more compressors according to the capacity value. There are inlet - outlet valves and crankcase heater on the compressor.
EVAPORATOR BATTERY
Direct expansion of copper pipe and aluminum fins, the surface has a high heat transmission and to provide the necessary capacity.
EVAPORATOR FAN-MOTOR GRUP
Quiet and low-speed running with a galvanized body and the rotor used in double inlet(DIDW) centrifugal belt-pulley-driven fan. Fan pressure can be adjusted .
HEATING MIXER (OPTIONAL)
Copper tubes are produced in aluminum fins. As a heater, hot water and steam can be used. In addition to battery electric resistance and heat-pump system also be preferred.
AIR FILTER
It is located at the front or back. It is washable same as EU3-quality type and easily demountable. It allows to give clean air environment. It is a special filter systems for clean room applications.
ELECTRICAL PANEL
Electrical panels are composed of element contactors , thermals, auto fuses, switches, signal lamps and equipped with power and control circuit. The control system is with a standard digital thermostat. Optionally ,RS 485 modem, the microprocessor control system can be selected with the building automation connectivity.

DRIER : Moisture in the refrigerant circuit is Humidity is taken by cooler.
SIGHT GLASS : Fluid can be seen from the pipe.(option)

1)Preparations
--Check construction documents related with installation; and read the installation and maintenance manual in full;
--Check if the delivered chiller is compliant with design requirements;
--Check whether all accessories are complete for field installation.
2)Limited matters
--The product should not be installed outdoor.
--The product should not be directly installed in an office space where the noise is strictly controlled; noise-proof measures should be taken.
--The AC should not be exposed under direct sunlight, or placed in a moist, corrosive, and explosive environment.
--The AC should be installed in a ventilated environment, to protect its performance and normal running.
--If the product or cooling tower is installed in low temperature environment, the company shall not be liable for any antifreeze protection.
3)Installation Location
--Check whether enough space is reserved for product maintenance is enough or not, please contact related engineers for discussion when problem is found.
--The product must be installed on concrete foundation that can bear the product operating weight, check and insure --The product foundation with sufficient strength, rigidity, levelness and stability, can not be sinking or deflecting.
Please carefully check if the actual size of the product is matched with the reserved foot hole size on foundation.
4)Water and power supply
--The installation place of product should be provided with water source available for operating requirements.
When the product is supplied with industrial water or well water, river water and other water sources, which contains a lot of HCO3-, HSO4- and other acidic salt, and may cause condenser and pipes scaling, and affect the refrigeration effects during seriously running, the water system should be designed as a circulatory system, and the water should be softened. The following water quality characteristics are applicable to the condenser hereto (Table ):

--The installation site should be provide with power that meets the requirements on operation
