Brief Introduction & Application
Silicon carbide plates are mainly used in high-temperature industrial equipment, such as shuttle kilns, tunnel kilns, box kilns, and electric kilns, with good thermal conductivity; low energy consumption; smooth surface; no dross, it will not pollute the end product.
There will be no bending phenomenon after long-term use. The high content of silicon carbide can prolong the service life and significantly reduce the cost to customers.

1. High-temperature stability: Silicon Carbide Plate has excellent high-temperature stability and oxidation resistance, can work stably for a long time in a high-temperature environment, and is not easy to oxidize and decompose.
2. High hardness: Refractory SIC plate has high hardness & excellent wear resistance, not easy to be worn and damaged.
3. Corrosion resistance: It has excellent corrosion resistance and is not easily corroded by acids, alkalis, salts, and other chemical substances.
4. High strength: Silicon Carbide Plate has high strength and rigidity, and can withstand large external forces and loads.
5. Good thermal conductivity: it has excellent thermal conductivity, can transfer heat quickly, and is suitable for high-temperature heating occasions.
