It also holds Grade I Specialized Contracting for Steel Structure Projects and Grade A in Light Steel Structure Engineering Design, among other elite accreditations.
Hangxiao Steel Structure has accumulated a wealth of experience in
the manufacturing and construction of light steel engineering
over the years. Building on this expertise, it has ventured into
research and development for steel structures in multi-high-rise buildings,
successfully undertaking numerous multi-high-rise projects. Furthermore,
the company has integrated state-of-the-art equipment like double arc
double wire door welding machines with American Lincoln power supplies,
and slag welding machines from Nippon Steel, among other advanced
technologies.
Steel truss formwork, a sophisticated three-dimensional plate welding
system, integrates the steel bar in the floor into a factory-produced
steel plate, combined with a galvanized pressure steel plate. This
formwork system seamlessly merges construction and application design,
enabling it to support the weight of wet concrete and live construction
loads during construction.
This robust board can be directly placed on the construction site's
beam, allowing for straightforward steel engineering before concrete
is poured. Hangxiao utilizes the world's premier steel truss formwork
