Applications
Our hoppers are used in factories, wharves, harbours and other places where dry bulk cargoes(Grains,Biomass,Coal,Clinker & Cement,Iron Ore,Oilseed Meal/Cakes,Animal feeds,Fertilizers,Powders,Wood-pellets,Minerals and so on.) need to be handled.Ordinary hoppers, either fixed or mobile

The working principle of bag type dedusting hopper
1. Dusty gas into the dust collector, the gas flow speed drops, the larger particles in the dust directly precipitated to the dust hopper, the rest of the dust particles from the outside to the inside through the filter bag for filtration;
2. The clean flue gas from the inner side of the filter bag discharge, fly ash is blocked on the outside of the filter bag;
3. With the accumulation of dust accumulates, the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the dust filter bag increases gradually;
4. When the pressure difference reaches the set value, the pulse valve diaphragm opens automatically;
5. The pulse air enters the filter bag through the nozzle, and the filter bag expands, which makes the dust attached to the filter bag fall off, and achieves the effect of dust removal.

Two processes:
1. Dusty gas through the clean filter media, at this time to play a filtering role is mainly the filter media fiber retention.
2. When the retention of dust continues to increase, a part of the dust embedded in the interior of the filter media, a part of the cover on the surface of the filter media to form a layer of dust, at this time the main rely on the layer of dust filtration of dusty gases.
