EPDY-B20 Automatic Impulse Voltage Tester
I. General Information:
The EPDY-B20 automatic impulse voltage tester is used to test the impulse voltage of the safety performance of products such as charging piles, solar energy, low-voltage complete sets, low-voltage electrical appliances, watt-hour meters, motors, wires and cables, and leakage protectors. The test instrument is the certification test equipment for low-voltage complete sets and low-voltage electrical appliances companies. The equipment adopts high-speed single-chip design, manual, automatic, and program-controlled multi-mode, liquid crystal display, and touch button design. It has the advantages of convenient operation, stable and reliable performance, and high degree of automation. In the manual mode, the impulse voltage value of the instrument needs to be adjusted with the manual adjustment knob. Before the impulse voltage experiment, it is necessary to manually adjust the pre-impulse voltage value in advance without connecting to the test state, and then connect to the system for testing. In the automatic mode, the instrument can be directly connected to the test system, and then enter the menu settings. After setting the pre-impulse voltage value, the instrument can output impulse voltage pulses for testing according to the settings. In the program-controlled state, the impulse voltage, interval time, and number of impulses of the instrument and equipment can be directly controlled through the computer or industrial network, and the impulse experiment can be carried out. The instrument can also return the impulse voltage value result of each test to the computer or industrial network through the network. The instrument judges whether it is breakdown by detecting the value of the impulse current during the test and the voltage decay procedure. Automatic mode and program control mode include automatic constant voltage system. The peak value of impulse output voltage can be set in 1V steps, and the output impulse voltage is not affected by the interval time.
By using the supporting computer control program, multiple combination test items can be realized, and multiple combination tests from low voltage to high voltage, from positive polarity to negative polarity (positive and negative) can be realized. The test result is displayed on the digital graph, and the image is intuitive.
The instrument provides an external sampling interface, which can be used to track and monitor the impulse waveform. The voltage divider ratio of the sampling interface is 1/147 (factory inspection value). Provides the display accuracy re-correction function, and can set the display correction coefficient at any time to make the instrument display consistent with the standard.
