The D series air coolers are cooling and temperature reduction equipment designed to be used in conjunction with refrigeration units. They are categorized by their operating temperatures into three series: DL, DD, and DJ, which are suitable for different storage temperatures. These air coolers are compact in structure, light in weight, and do not occupy the usable area of the cold storage. They provide uniform temperature distribution and high efficiency, which allows the rapid cooling of stored food in the cold storage, significantly enhancing the preservation quality of the stored food. The DL type air cooler is mainly suitable for fresh-keeping storage at around 0ºC; the DD type air cooler is primarily used for refrigerated storage at -18ºC; the DJ type air cooler is ideal for quick-freeze storage below -25ºC.
1. The sheet metal parts of the Bingxin series air coolers are all formed at once using hydraulic or punch presses, resulting in a visually appealing design and strong product structure.
2. There are three types of sheet metal parts available: embossed aluminum plate, plastic-sprayed plate, and stainless steel plate, allowing users to choose according to their needs.
3. High-insulation U-shaped tubular electric heating elements are used, which are inserted into the coil to defrost, offering a short defrosting time and effective results. Additionally, water defrosting and hot fluorine defrosting options are available according to requirements.
4. The coils are made of thick copper tubes to extend service life, and the aluminum fins are made of high-efficiency aluminum, which, after expansion, make close contact with the copper tubes, maximizing heat transfer efficiency.
5. High-efficiency fans are used, providing a large airflow, long range, low noise, while also having low power consumption, long lifespan, and high reliability.
6. All products undergo a pressure retention nitrogen charging process before leaving the factory.
