Working principle and purpose
The SRH60-70 experimental high-pressure homogenizer utilizes a suspension under high-pressure conditions, and through an adjustable flow limiting gap process, it combines the effects of pressure loss, expansion, explosion, shear, and high-speed impact to crush particles and oil droplets in the liquid into very small sizes, with a diameter of 0.01~2um and an average of<1 μ m, while forming an ideal emulsion or dispersion. This process integrates the functional principles of ultrasound, crusher, colloid mill, ball mill, etc. (as shown in the following figure). The stability, consistency, mixing, absorbability, nutritional value, shelf life, taste, color, and shelf life of the product can all be achieved in homogenization.
