Usage:
Suitable for melt spinning of PET chips, bottle flakes, PA6, PA66, PP, Spandex, Etc.
Features:
1. TWJ series chemical fiber extruder are mianly used for melt spinning of polyester, nylon, polypropylene etc.
2. A certain choice of extruder is subject to different polymers, optimal design help improves properties of cutting and plastination.
3. High accuracy bevel gearbox is applied, low noise under introduction of hard gear surface, long life span and reliable operation.
4. Some well-reputed international brands of components are used in pressure control system to get higher accurancy and low error as well as reliable operation, Further this system could be optionally connected to DCS system for centralized control.
