Machine Purpose:
PPL0855A is mainly used to punching truck stringer plate steel .
The CNC punching production line of automobile longitudinal beam can be used for NC punching of automobile longitudinal beam. It can process not only rectangular flat beam, but also special-shaped flat beam.
This production line has the characteristics of high machining precision, high punching speed and high production efficiency.
The production preparation time is short, which can greatly improve the product quality and production efficiency of automobile frame.
Machine Features:
1.Side pushing, metal sheet width measuring and automatic centering mechanism: These mechanisms are of patented technology and of high measuring accuracy and are of the advantages of easily installing and service, the metal sheet can be positioned against the metal sheet side or be centered against the middle of the metal sheet.
2.Main punching unit: It consists of machine body, machine seat, drive system, main punching hydraulic cylinder, main sliding block, quick-change punch and die mechanism, punches and dies, hydraulic stripper pressing mechanism and so on. The machine body is an open frame of type C, easy to service. The hydraulic stripper pressing mechanism and unloading mechanism of punch work together to avoid the block of the metal sheet, ensuring the safety of the machine.
3.Quick-change punch and die mechanism: This mechanism is of patented technology and punches and can be replaced in very short time, replaced a separate one or the whole set at a time.
4.Components in hydraulic system, electric system, pneumatic system and lubrication system are all world famous brand which are reliable and durable.
