FRP grating has a variety of options in terms of specifications and sizes. The thickness is commonly between 25mm and 75mm, such as 25mm, 30mm, 38mm, 50mm, 65mm, 75mm and other different specifications. There are differences in the load-bearing capacity of gratings of different thicknesses. Generally, the larger the thickness, the stronger the load-bearing capacity. The apertures (grid sizes) are also varied, with common sizes of 19mm×19mm, 25mm×25mm, 30mm×30mm, 38mm×38mm, 50mm×50mm, etc. Smaller apertures are more suitable for preventing small objects from falling, while larger aperture grilles are used in some scenarios where ventilation and drainage requirements are high and there is no need to prevent small objects from passing through. In terms of sheet size, it is generally produced and sold in the form of a whole sheet. FRP grating is a high-performance composite material product that combines lightweight, high strength, and multifunctional characteristics. Its density is only 1/4 of steel, but it has a tensile strength 1.5 times that of ordinary carbon steel, with a unit area bearing capacity of 3-5 tons, and can flexibly adapt to different load requirements in various thickness specifications ranging from 25mm to 76mm. The product is designed with grid sizes ranging from 38 × 38mm to 80 × 80mm to achieve efficient drainage and anti slip. The surface features crescent patterns or sand surface treatment, resulting in an anti slip coefficient exceeding 0.7. It is particularly suitable for corrosive environments (pH 3-11) such as chemical and marine industries, as well as oily and humid places. The product has a service life of over 20 years and is maintenance free.

The material itself has excellent insulation properties (oxygen index ≥ 28) and flame retardant properties, and can be customized with fluorescent labels or UV resistant layers. The standard board size of 1220 × 2440mm supports on-site cutting and splicing, and with modular installation, it greatly improves construction efficiency. Compared to metal grilles, its comprehensive cost is reduced by 30%, and its environmentally friendly and recyclable characteristics are more in line with sustainable development needs. The non-standard size can be expanded to 1000 × 4000mm to meet personalized customization requirements for special scenarios.
