Our state-of-the-art FRP Pultrusion production process is a marvel of continuous innovation, designed to manufacture fiberglass reinforced polymer profiles of infinite length and consistent cross-section. We utilize a myriad of reinforcement fibers, including roving, continuous mat, woven roving, and carbon, ensuring the highest quality. These fibers are meticulously impregnated with a polymer matrix—comprising resin, minerals, pigments, and additives—and expertly guided through a pre-forming station. This step ingeniously creates the stratification needed to bestow the profile with its desired properties. Once pre-formed, the resin-impregnated fibers are precisely drawn through a heated die, where polymerization occurs, solidifying the resin and finalizing the exceptional product.

Yes, we are a manufacturer, welcome to visit our factory!
2. What's FRP?
Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) is a composite material made of a polymer matrix reinforced with fibers. The fibres are usually glass, carbon, aramid, or basalt. Rarely, other fibres such as paper or wood or asbestos have been used. The polymer is usually an epoxy, vinylester or polyester thermosetting plastic, and formaldehyde resins are still in use. FRP are commonly used in the aerospace, automotive, marine, construction industries and ballistic armor.
