Our fiberglass louvers use CNC machine tools to drill holes in the columns, and the louvers pass through the columns and are fixed to the frame with nails. The rivets used are also carefully selected. The specially designed drawing commissioned the development of the firing rivets, which can firmly fix the louvers on the frame. During transportation, there is no need to worry about parts falling off. It has traveled 2500 kilometers from an altitude of 100m to an altitude of 3000m, during which it was mostly safe and sound on mountain roads.
Our fiberglass louvers are resistant to high and low temperatures, sun exposure, and oxidation, and are sturdy and reliable. They are commonly used for ventilation in factories, electrolysis plants, cooling towers, household air conditioning outdoor unit frames, large mechanical exterior walls, and garden community exterior walls.

FRP Pultrusion production is a continous production process to produce fiberglass reinforcedpolymer proflesof any length and contstant section.Reinforce-ment fibers may be roving, con.tinous mat, woven robing, carbonor others. The fibers are impregnated with polymer matrix(resin, minerals, pigments, additives) and passedthrough a pre-foming station that producesthe stratifcation necessary to give the profle the desiredproperties. After the pre-formingstep,the resin-impregnated fibers are pulled through a heated die topolymerize the resin.

1. Are you a manufacturer?
Yes, we are a manufacturer, welcome to visit our factory!
2. What's FRP?
Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) is a composite material made of a polymer matrix reinforced with fibers. The fibres are usually glass, carbon, aramid, or basalt. Rarely, other fibres such as paper or wood or asbestos have been used. The polymer is usually an epoxy, vinylester or polyester thermosetting plastic, and formaldehyde resins are still in use. FRP are commonly used in the aerospace, automotive, marine, construction industries and ballistic armor.
