Mechanical speed: max. 120m/min, production speed: max. 80m/min, more than 1 million rolls per year.
Production process: 8 colors; embossing, rotary screen & gravure printing.
Cooling water: 50 tons/hour, recycling use.
Electricity: 380V, 50Hz.
Compressed air:0.6~0.8 Mpa.
Heating source: natural gas, around 2.5 million Kcal/hour.
Worker: around 3 persons/shift, 3 shifts/day.
