This pressed metal casters, combining the swivel lock and brake concept, is made for scaffolding work, buit on a zinc passivity steel frame with an advanced design which eliminates the kingpin, ensuring rigidity and a long successful working life.

Our manufacturing facility covers two factory, one is new factory and a old factory, total area of 35, 000 square meters with 20, 800 square meters of workshops. We have a staff of 151 qualified people, which includes 8 technicians, 5 engineers and 22 administrators working in research & development, export, quality control and production departments.

We have grown continuously during the past 20 years. Our monthly capacity is 50 containers in sales. A: Our factory is located in Taizhou City, Jiangsu Province, Our factory is 2.5 hours from Shanghai HONGQIAO AIRPORT by car. It's 3.5 hours from Shanghai PUDONG INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. It is very convenient for you to come to us.

A: Yes, we supply samples to our clients in free if we have stocks, but the clients must bear the courier fee by themselves.

About the load weight, The first consideration of caster selection is to determine the combined weight of the load and  equipment. Allowance should be made for uneven distribution of weight, since this can result in one wheel carrying more load than the rest. Mechanical loading can also impose severe shock loading, which adds to the loading factor. Two charts to aid in this seleciton are: Caster Mounting Combinations and Determining Load Ratings Per Wheel. Please note in the load rating chart for extreme conditions, ratings take into consideration uneven floor, curbs and holes in the floor which cause severe impact loads. Also consider the overalll height(The vertical distance between the top edge of the caster plate of the unit and the bottom of the wheel.) Make sure the function of caster you need. Rigid, Swivel, or With Brake function.
