Lithium battery recycling equipment
This equipment focuses on the recycling and utilization of waste lithium-ion batteries, using advanced physical separation technology as the main production process. This technology uses efficient methods such as mechanical crushing and centrifugal separation to accurately separate and recover copper, aluminum, and black powder (i.e. positive and negative electrode materials) from waste batteries.
Introduction to the process of scrapped lithium battery equipment:
Pre treatment: Waste lithium batteries are discharged through a continuous needle discharge device to release energy from the battery. Primary processing: Lithium batteries enter the shredder through an automatic conveying system for initial crushing. Deep crushing: Through a multi-stage crushing system, the shredded material is subjected to secondary fine processing to achieve a particle size of 20 mesh. Airflow sorting: The induced draft fan cooperates with the cyclone feeder to separate the diaphragm paper from the positive and negative electrode sheets. Magnetic Separation: Equipped with magnetic separation equipment to effectively separate ferrous materials.
Vibration screening: Through high-frequency linear vibration screening, according to the size of the material. Divided into black powder, metal, and others. Specific gravity sorting: Separate copper and aluminum from metals with a separation efficiency of up to 98% Dust treatment: using negative pressure system and pulse dust collector to recover black powder from exhaust gas, while ensuring that the emitted air is free of dust Exhaust gas treatment: Exhaust gas is treated with specialized equipment to remove fluoride, phosphorus, etc., meeting national environmental emission standards.
