This machine mainly produces medical absorbent cotton ball, cotton ball size can be adjusted, the main specifications are 0.3g, 0.5g, 1.0g (customizable specifications). This machine is composed of cotton opener, vibrating Cotton Box, carding machine and cotton ball making machine. The machine can be equipped with one or more independent automatic control cotton ball making machines and carding machines according to the capacity demand.
This production line is mainly composed of the following equipments: Cotton opener KS100 ---- vibrating Cotton Box FA1171A ---- carding machine A186G -- ball making machine (not included the baler)
We can customize the production line according to the capacity demand. One cotton opener can be equipped with up to 6 Cotton boxes and carding machines. The capacity range is 20-160 kg/h.
