SH·M08MnMOA is a medium manganese type welding wire, with high alkaline flux for submerged arc automatic welding, the metal has excellent mechanical properties.
Use:
Used for welding of pipeline, steel structure, pressure vessel, bridge and other steel with tensile strength of 550-600Mpa.

Note:
1. The flux must be baked at 350ºC and kept warm for one hour before use.
2. Rust, oil, moisture and other impurities must be removed from the workpiece before welding.
3. Small current and slow welding speed are required when the groove welding is done to prevent cracking.
4. When using recycled flux, appropriate amount of new flux should be added for mixed use to avoid welding defects and poor bead surface forming.
