Overviews:
CT-C series hot air circulation oven is equipped with low noise and high temperature resistant axial flow fan and automatic temperature control system. The whole circulation system is completely closed, which makes the thermal efficiency of the oven increase from 3-7% in the traditional drying room to 35-45% at present, and the maximum thermal efficiency can reach 50%.
The successful design of CT-C type hot air circulation oven makes the hot air circulation oven in our country reach the advanced level at home and abroad, saves a lot of energy for our country and improves the economic benefits of the enterprise.
Remarks:
1. Options of heat source: steam, electricity, or far infrared, or both steam electricity.
2. Drying temperature: steam heating 50-130 ºC , Max.140 ºC .
3. Electricity and far infrared:50-300 ºC .Automatic control system and computer control system on request.
4. Commonly used steam pressure 0.2-0.8 Mpa(2-8 bar).
5. For CT-C-I, electric heated, rated power consumption:15 Kw, real consumption : 5-8 Kw.
6. The special requirements should be indicated at the time of order.
7. Please consult as for any special requirements.
8. For operation temperature of over 140 ºC or less than 60 ºC , please indicate when order.
9. The ovens and baking trays made by our factory are uniform in dimensions, and can be exchanged each other.
