Aluminum Frame Formwork
Aluminium Frame Formwork system consists of 6061-T6 aluminium alloy frame and 15 mm thickness plywood. The formwork system is mainly composed of panels, alignment couplers, tie rods, articulated corners, push-pull props, platform brackets, plate nuts and other components.
Shear Walls:
Shear walls are designed to counteract lateral loads, such as those from wind or earthquakes, that act on structures. The heaviest aluminium panel measures 300 cm × 100 cm and weighs 70.9 kg, which two workers can carry without the need for a crane. The LG-AF panel is a hand-held system formwork that allows for a pour height of up to 3 m in a single lift. This innovation simplifies the process of forming shear walls.
