KB-45 KB-75 3NB Air Bag Capsule for Drilling Mud Pump Air Chamber
The air bag capsule is the main part in the air chamber assembly of the drilling mud pump. Made of vulcanized rubber and other materials. The air bag capsules are usually installed on the discharge pipeline to reduce pressure and displacement fluctuations of drilling mud pumps, which can achieve the best suction effect of the mud pump and is widely used in high-pressure pipelines for petroleum and chemical transportation. It can balance the peak pressure of the high-pressure fluid in the mud pump, stabilize the pressure, and reduce losses.

The air chamber assembly is composed of an inflatable joint, an air bag shell, an all-rubber integral capsule, a throttling plate, etc. The curve length of the inner surface of the air bag shell is equal to the curve length of the outer surface of the all-rubber integral capsule, and its total volume is 45L-75L. It stabilizes the discharge flow of the drilling pump by the function of compression and expansion of the gas in the air capsule. When the output flow rate of the pump is higher than the average flow rate, the gas in the air chamber is compressed, so that the excess liquid enters the air chamber; On the contrary, the liquid in the air packet is discharged into the pipeline, so that the pump reciprocates with the working speed, making the flow of the pump relatively stable.
