The high-efficiency fine crusher has a simple and reasonable structure, mainly composed of an impact plate device, side lining plate, impact plate, front lining plate device, sieve plate device, and upper and lower shells.
The material enters the hopper into the chamber one by one and falls on the high-speed rotating movable impact hammer head. After the action between the hammer and the impact plate, the material is initially broken in the hammer area. After being repeatedly hammered and counter-attacked at high frequency, the material falls on the middle partition, forms accumulations, slides down, falls on the throwing tray of the rotating lower rotor, and is thrown to the counter-attack plate at high speed to enter the collision and fall. And the mobile blow bar is forced to counterattack, crush and grind. Therefore, the material undergoes multiple compound crushing, scouring, and grinding in the process of falling by its own weight. Thereby achieving a super fine effect.
