A. Please tell me the staircase style you want to customize, share your house plan and staircase data with us, and we will match you with the most suitable staircase plan and the best staircase price based on the staircase style and installation space size you provide.
2. What styles and materials are available for stairs to choose from?
A. We can provide the company's product catalog, and all of our products can be customized according to your needs.
The main load-bearing materials of the staircase include carbon steel, 304 non steel, and aluminum, with powder coating/satin on the surface of the materials.
3. Can I customize the color of my stairs?
A. Yes, we can customize different colors for the stairs according to your requirements.
4. When is the delivery time?
A: The reserved staircase will take 35-45 days (if your project schedule is urgent, please let us know. We will do our best to make it faster than this time)
5. Can you provide construction drawings?

6. Is the staircase a DIY installation? Do we still need on-site welding?
