Product Name: Organic Dried Jujube
Origin: Hotan and Ruoqiang Xinjiang, Shannxi, China
Specifications: 2.0-2.5cm or ≥2.8cm, or 3.5cm-5.0cm

Raw Material Inspection: The Organic Dried Jujube are sourced from organic farms and undergo initial inspection, where leaves and fruits are collected for testing. During harvesting, a second inspection is conducted for every five households. After loading, a third inspection is carried out based on batch timelines. Prior to storage, a fourth inspection is conducted through sampling from each batch. In total, there are four inspections before entering the production process, with a sample size of 500g randomly for each batch.
Appearance: It has the distinctive reddish color and aroma of red dates. The product surface is glossy due to the presence of natural oils. The skin is free from impurities and does not exhibit any abnormal discoloration, rotting, or mechanical damage caused by pests or diseases. It should not have any sensory defects.

Odor: It has a mild aroma characteristic of red dates, without any moldy or undesirable odors.
