1. Diversified Forming Methods
Our carbide rods are primarily produced using extrusion forming. For large diameter, complex-shaped, and high wear and impact-resistant parts, we can employ isostatic pressing forming to ensure optimal performance.
2. Sintering Technology
We offer both overpressure sintering and hot isostatic pressing sintering for our rod products. This ensures high density and superior quality, meeting the diverse needs of our customers.
3. Customizable Hardness and Particle Size
We provide a range of hardness options: HRA 84.5, HRA 89.5, HRA 90.5, HRA 91.5, HRA 92, HRA 93, HRA 94, HRA 94.2, etc. The powder particle size of raw materials can also be customized, with available options such as 0.2μm, 0.4μm, 0.6μm, and 0.7μm, among others.
4. Diverse Product Range
We primarily produce solid carbide rods, commonly used in cutting tools such as end mills, drill bits, and taps. We also offer customized services for hollow rods and non-standard rods to meet the individual needs of our customers.
5. Flexible Length Options
We provide standard 330mm length rods, and we can also customize rods to different lengths as per customer requirements, with a maximum length of over 1 meter.
6. Inventory Guarantee and Timely Delivery
We maintain a constant inventory of 330mm blank rods (primarily in YL10.2 and YG10X materials), ensuring immediate availability and meeting urgent customer needs.
7. Fast Delivery
Standard-sized precision-ground rods can be delivered within as fast as 3 working days, ensuring efficient production and supply.
8. Customization Service
For non-standard sizes or complex shapes, customized rods typically have a lead time of 20 working days, ensuring precise production according to customer specifications.
9. Precision Assurance
The dimensional tolerances for our precision-ground rods are typically H4/H5/H6/H7, ensuring high accuracy to meet the demands of precision machining.
