Jointseal 454 is a one-component, solvent-free system and cures without use of atalyst, heat or clamps.
When a thin layer of VF-GEL applied between two surfaces comes into contact with atmospheric moisture, a rapid polymerization occurs producing the ultimate bond.
It is a low viscosity liquid and designed for general purpose cy anoacrylate instant adhesive.
It is ideal for bonding rubber, metal and plastic parts. Can fill a gap of 0.10mm.
It meets the requiement of EN-71.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
APPLICATION TEMPERATURE:+5°Cto+45ºC
1.Surface must be clean,dry andfee from grease and old glue.Masksmooth surfaceto simplify clean up.Apply to one surface only.
2.Apply to one surface,using I drop per square inch of surface.
3.Assemble partsand hold together with pressure for 15seoonds or until set.
4.Apply suitable pressure on bonding substrates.Clean off excess adhesive with acetone.
5.Where cure speed is unacceptably long due to lars gsps,applying activator to the surface willimprove cure speed.
USABLE LIFE AND STORAGE
Optimal storage is at the lower half of this temperature range and humidity range.
To prevent contamination of unused product , do not return any material to its original container.
LIMITATIONS
Not suited for prolonged submersion in water or below-grade applications
Not suitable for surfaces that might bleed oils, plasticizers or solvents, or porous surfaces such as cement like materials,stone or surfaces prone to attack by weak acids
May not cure properly if used in spaces confined from atmospheric moisture
May cause corrosion on some brass, copper, zinc or zinc alloy-containing fixtures(galvanized)
Not for use where abrasion and physical abuse are encountered
