Working Principle
- Desorption: Anions that are easily adsorbed by activated carbon are added to the desorption system, replacing Au(CN) and achieving gold desorption.
- Electrolysis: The pregnant solution obtained from desorption is processed via ionization to obtain solid gold.
- High Recovery Rate: Achieves a desorption rate of over 98% under high-temperature (150°C) and high-pressure (0.5MPa) conditions.
- Energy Efficient: The system operates at the same temperature for both desorption and electrolysis, eliminating the need for heat exchange and reducing power consumption by 1/4 to 1/2 compared to conventional systems.
- Environmentally Friendly: No need to add sodium cyanide during the desorption process, reducing costs and environmental impact.
- High-Quality Gold Mud: The resulting gold mud has a high grade and does not require reverse electrolysis, making it easy to extract.
- Safety Features: Triple safety protection measures, including system intelligence, automatic pressure limiting and releasing mechanisms, and safety valves.Successful Case
