1. FBG Coal Mine Butterfly Valve Overview
1) FBG mining explosion-proof gas pipeline electric butterfly valve, hereinafter referred to as gas butterfly valve, is a special valve designed for gas characteristics. After being tested by the National Explosion-Proof Center, it has obtained the "Mining Product Safety Mark Certificate" issued by the National Safety Standard Center. It is currently the only product in China that has obtained gas valve safety certification.

2) The inner wall of the FBG gas butterfly valve body is made of integrally vulcanized special formula rubber, which contains a variety of special and effective characteristic components and has the characteristics of anti-flame retardant, anti-static, corrosion-resistant, anti-wear, high rebound, and strong sealing. It effectively prevents gas from corroding and wearing the valve body and prolongs the service life of the valve. The anti-flame retardant and anti-static properties make the gas pipeline safer and more reliable. The bidirectional pressure-bearing and bidirectional sealing structural design and the high-rebound sealing formula ensure that the gas valve has excellent sealing performance, truly achieving zero leakage and meeting the requirements of long-term safe operation of coal mines.
