Through a process of crushing, pressure, densification, and molding, these materials are transformed into small, solid pellets that are ideal for fuel.
Wood chips and straw scales are compressed using rollers and a ring die at room temperature. The density of the raw materials typically ranges from 110-130kg/m3, while the particle density after molding exceeds 1100kg/m3. This results in pellets that are easy to transport and store, with improved combustion performance.
