About us
1.Detail description:
Model name : Medium density fiber reinforced calcium silicate board
100% non-asbestos Calcium silicate board which is made from Siliceous and Calcareous( Such as: sand, fly ash, diatomite, lime, Calcium carbide sludge and cement).
It does not contain any asbestos, brucite, meerschaum, glass fiber and formaldehyde.
We make the raw material into a wet sheet and then through high temperature and high pressure autoclave for more than 10 hours by advantage technology to have the final product.
a. Advantage:
1.Light weight with medium density;
2.Good fireproof;
3.Thermal insulation;
4.Fire - resistance ( limit reaches 1h or more, if it is on fire, produces no smoke ).

b. Application:
1. 4.5-6MM Thickness are used for the Ceiling of the building.
2. 8, 9, 10, 12, 15mm Thickness are used for Partition.
3. 15-18mm Thickness can be used for internal floor backer with some designed steel structure under special application requirement.
