1. FB1001 Disk Plucker
FB1001 DISK PLUCKER
FB1001 disk plucker is an important machine in the blowing-carding line. It is applicable for various kinds of raw cotton, cotton content chemical fiber and whatever middle or long chemical fiber. Generally a blowing-carding line is equipped with two sets of disk plucker. Plucking beater goes down interval and rotates with the carriage to pluck the material in sequence. Material plucked is transported to the next machine via duct.

2) Inverter Transport Fan
The FT240F, FT240A (F), FT222F, FT245F inverter transport fans are used to transport the raw material from the proceeding machine to the next one. They are all controlled by inverters, accurately controlling the air pressure and air volume in the duct. It adopts straight-blade aluminum-alloy impellers which have smooth oxygenated surface, avoiding sparkles, blocks and fiber adhesion. Its surface is painted with plastics and thus has a good antirust performance. Each type of fan has either the clockwise or anticlockwise direction. Fan's outlet angle can be 0°,90° or 180°. The impellers are connected with the motor directly.

FT201B INVERTER TRANSPORT FAN
FT201B inverter transport fan is used to transport cotton or chemical fibers from the last machine of the blowing line to the chute feeder before the carding machine. The speed is regulated by the inverter. The fan has a good adaptability and a compact structure. It has either the clockwise or anti-clockwise revolving directions. The fan consists of the impeller and the cover. The impeller consists of eight radial blades which are welded on the hub and the support plate. It connects directly with the output shaft of the motor. The cover is fixed on the base of the fan. There are three kinds of installation positions.
