To change the weaving structure with warp yarn as well as weft yarn glass fiber fabric is primarily of three kinds,namely plain weave, twill weave and stain weave .And other structures can be derived from these three fundamental weaves.
We have different treatment process technology,such as Pretreatment,Heat cleaning and finish process.These products can satisfy various kinds of usage to its customers.
Our factory.is ready to supply various kinds of quality glass fiber fabric to its customer by customer-needed weave,style of yarn,warp/weft density.
Usage 1: It is a basic material for manufacturing glass-mica colth tape and pipe etc.and also could be used as insulation colth in large motors and generators.
Usage 2: It is used for manufacturing copper-clad R.P. panel and widely used in electric's industry.
Surface treatment: To increase affinity between the glass fiber and resin and give full display to remit of strength. Various types of coupling agent are available for surface treatment if required.
Usage 3: It is widely used for manufacturing FRP sheets, pipe, rods, car body, boat hull, fan blade and Varieties of profiles etc.
