The production process begins with precoating PET or BOPP film using a specialized adhesive, followed by the evaporation of an ultra-thin aluminum layer onto the film. This metallized layer is then meticulously transferred to the base paper, culminating in the removal of the transparent film to reveal a pristine, metalized finish.
This unique, film-free metallized paper not only offers a sustainable choice but also champions recyclability, making it an eco-friendly marvel.
