Filters Disk Filtration Disc Filter for Pulp Making Machine
Application:
By adopting the vacuum coming from the drop leg extraction , and also with helps from filtration media , Disc Filter separates the soilds & filtrates and gets different quality filtrates divided by the distribution valve . Currently Disc Filter is widely used for white water recycling and pulp thicking . When used as saveall , it recycles water and fibers ; when used for thicking , it achieve high production rate via unit machine but low fiber loss content . Outlet consistency can reach to 12-14% . Its performance has successfully reached to the national advanced standards.
