Mash Filter Introduction
A Mash Filter is a more efficient and effective method to separate the sweet wort from mash. In traditional breweries, a lauter tun is used to separate the wort, but more breweries are switching to a Mash Filter. By using a Mash Filter, not only is there a significant cost saving, but there are also many technical advantages over a lauter tun.
