J3R150 is a JCOP4 series JAVA card with a large capacity (150K) and high security CPU card. It is another peak work after the J2A, J3A, J3D, and J3H series. While ensuring high security and performance, it increases data storage capacity and uses Flash chips to make the chip's computing speed faster and more stable. Before the J3H series JAVA (including), EEPROM chips were used, and after the J3R series (including), Flash chips were used.
The current J3R150 chip's JAVA card is available in EMV and SecID versions. EMV version, mainly used in the financial field; The SecID version is mainly used in the field of electronic identity, while the ECC algorithm is mainly used in the field of electronic identity cards. The ECC algorithm and Gen Key encryption algorithm are mainly used in the field of electronic identity cards. At present, the J3R SecID series has obtained the CC EAL 6+certificate.
The RAM (i.e. Tray Memory) of J3R series JAVA cards is 4K, which is 0.8K more than J3H series, and the APDU Buffer Size is even more expandable.
