The characteristics of the fish meat extraction machine: This machine is mainly used for the extraction and deboning of various fish meat, and separates the fish flesh and fish bones, fish skin and fish tendons in the fish body. Separate the shrimp meat from the shrimp shell, or extract the shrimp head meat (cream). The processing efficiency is high, saving time and effort, and reducing labor costs. It is made of stainless steel and meets the requirements of hygiene and health.

Working principle: The fish to be processed is manually removed from the head and the internal organs in the belly; for large fish, the fish needs to be divided into two halves and rinsed (to avoid contamination of the collected fish paste with internal organs and fish blood). Then put the fish fillets into the hopper (the split surface of the fish faces the collecting tube, and the back is close to the rubber band). The fish is driven by the rubber belt into the squeezing zone between the collecting tube and the rubber belt, between the rubber belt and the collecting tube. Under the action of the squeezing force, the fish meat is squeezed into the collecting tube through the small holes on the collecting tube, and the fish pieces in the collecting tube will be automatically sent out with the rotation. Sundries such as fish skins and fish bones are scraped from the outer extension of the collecting tube by the scraper installed on the machine and dropped into the collection tank. The whole meat harvesting and separation process does not require manual operation, which is convenient for sanitation and hygiene. The pressure between the rubber belt and the taking tube is adjusted by a rubber belt tensioning device located on the head of the machine. The size of the adjustment amount can be flexibly adjusted according to the size of the fish species. The extracted fish meat can be used as food materials such as fish balls, fish paste, fish sauce, fish cakes, fish dumplings, etc., which greatly improves the economic value of fish.
