The machine body adopts the conveying principle, requiring only one worker to load and unload workpieces, which is simple and convenient to operate, and does not require high technical requirements from operators. The machine is also equipped with a fault alarm function, which can automatically display the cause of the fault and protect the normal operation of the equipment.
Machine head: 3 sanding machine heads, equipped with RV40 speed ratio of 100 and 0.37 motor for upper and lower positions. The sand belt is replaced on the upper and lower cylinders, and equipped with RV50 speed ratio of 20 and 0.37 motor for controlling the front and rear swing of numbers 5-6
Product fixture: The conveying method is RV90 with a speed ratio of 100, and the motor speed is controlled by a frequency converter
