The main purpose of shoring prop (another name for a building jack) is to hold the formwork panels during the production of floor formwork, as well as supporting elements during the installation and dismantling of building structures.
Depending on the length, the slab formwork props allow the formwork to be mounted at heights from 1.7 m to 5.5 m.
The telescopic props take up the entire formwork weight and enable precise horizontal positioning of the deck.
Such a formwork system, due to its versatility and simplicity, is widely used in industrial and private construction.
The system allows you to erect both straight and inclined floors. The props can be used as any kind of support and load-bearing elements for temporary structures.
Packing:
1. Generally, the total net weight of loaded container is 22 tons to 26 tons, which need be confirmed before loading.
2. Different packages are used for different products:
---bundles: timber beam, steel props, tie rod, etc.
---pallet: small parts will be put in bags and then on pallets.
---wooden cases: it is available on customer's request.
---bulk: some irregular goods will be loaded in bulk in container.
Delivery:
1. Production: For full container, normally we need 20-30 days after receive customer's down payment.
2. Transportation: It depends on the destination charge port.
3. Negotiation is needed for special requirements.
