Wellhead device, commonly known as 'oil production tree', is a cornerstone in the management of oil, gas, and water wells. It is paramount in controlling and regulating production flows, serving vital functions such as:
(1) Supporting the entire weight of the tubing columns, ensuring stability and security in well operations.
(2) Sealing the annular space to maintain integrity and control gas in the casing, safeguarding operational safety.
(3) Precisely controlling and modulating oil well production, optimizing yield and efficiency.
(4) Overseeing daily management tasks like setting pressure data, testing, wax removal, ensuring sustained productivity.
(5) Facilitating seamless underground operations such as well washing, sand washing, acidification, and fracturing, ensuring smooth project execution.
Figure 1-1 highlights the components of the KY65-21 oil production tree, showcasing its intricate and robust structure.

There are two main categories of oil producing trees: the renowned old styles like Dalong, Rongfeng, and Lianggong, and the innovative new designs such as Daqing 150, Daqing 160 miniature, Sheng 251, and Sheng II, each representing a leap in technology and efficiency.
Third, the structure of oil extraction trees: Examining the domestic KY65-21 model reveals a well-integrated assembly of components dedicated to optimizing oil extraction.
Taking the domestic KY65-21 oil production tree as an example, it consists of essential parts like the casing tee, various valves, tubing head, clamps, and steel rings, each meticulously designed for peak performance.
Fourth, the connection method of oil production trees: Mastery in engineering has led to five distinct connection methodologies, ensuring adaptability and reliability.
There are five main ways to connect oil trees: A testament to engineering ingenuity, these methods cater to diverse operational needs.
(1) Clamp connection: Predominantly used in models like Daqing 150II and Sheng 261 micro, ensuring robust and flexible fittings.
(2) Thread connection: A classic approach seen in models like Daqing 150 and Sheng 251, offering precision and secure assembly.
(3) Iron hoop connection: Employed in models like Sheng I and Sheng II, providing a sturdy and reliable linkage.
(4) Flange connection: Utilized in historical models like Shanghai Dalong and Rongfeng, ensuring dependable and pressure-resistant seals.
(5) Clamp flange connection: Seen in original CY250 models, combining the strength of clamp and flange techniques for enhanced stability.
