1. Machine's Introduce
After the vacuum freeze dryer is running, the material is put into the material box for freezing. During the freezing process of the material, on the one hand, the vacuum system performs vacuum extraction to take away part of the moisture; on the other hand, when the material is frozen, the moisture contained in the molecules is discharged to the surface of the material and frozen. After meeting the freezing requirements, the heating system heats and dries the material, and the moisture contained in the material is brought to the freezing capture box for freezing through vacuum extraction, thus meeting the freeze-drying requirements of the material.
2. Machine's Principle
When fresh ingredients are picked, they are immediately frozen to -40ºC, and then the icy ingredients are sublimated into gas (without passing through liquid state in between) through vacuum dehydration technology. The original organizational structure is not destroyed, and the color, aroma, taste, shape, and more than 97% of the nutrients of the ingredients can be retained. No preservatives are required, and they can be stored for a long time at room temperature. Because the physical structure of the ingredients is basically unaffected under low temperature and low pressure conditions. The humidity gradient inside and outside the cell wall will not cause penetration, resulting in shrinkage of surface pores or internal dehydration and shriveling, and the sublimation point is increased under low-pressure vacuum conditions, so the drying efficiency is higher.
