Fully compliant with GMP standards, the machine boasts a polish to 300U sanitary standards. Its high shear homogenizing design, infused with German precision technology, incorporates imported double-end mechanical sealing and premium Japanese NSK bearings. With a peak emulsifying rotation speed of 3600rpm, it achieves an exceptional shearing fineness of 0.2-5um.
For seamless product discharge, our hydraulic tilting system is available. Furthermore, an optional fixed cover can be customized to reduce expenses and machine stature. The vacuum defoaming capability ensures sterile materials, while the vacuum material suction feature mitigates dust build-up, making it perfect for powder-based products.
