KW2 Twin-Steaming Noodles Production Line produces non-fried dried noodle cakes. The production process includes two stages of curing/cooking, ensuring a higher degree of maturation. The noodles are resilient and suitable for soup or stir-fried dishes, with a texture similar to pasta. Unlike extruded noodles, these noodles are easier to cook.
