HS-VM Super Fine Vibrating Grinding Machine HS-VM series can effectively crush any fibrous material with high toughness, high hardness or certain moisture content.
It is especially suitable for traditional Chinese medicine cell wall breaking and other materials that aim to improve the bioavailability of drugs and can not meet the required fineness by conventional methods.
II. Application

1. The machine applies the optimized vibration parameters to make the medium produce vibration impact, rotate and revolve at the same time, so that the material can get positive impact and be subjected to high-strength shear load at the same time, so as to carry out high-speed and high-energy crushing.
The machine has the characteristics of high efficiency, energy saving, no pollution and controllable crushing temperature, and can realize the precise mixing, compounding and coating of more than two kinds of materials.
2. The produced powder has high fineness: it is used for ultra-fine grinding of minerals, the average particle size can reach submicron and nano levels. It is used for wall breaking crushing of plant cells, with an average particle size of more than a few microns.

IV working principle
The machine is a horizontal vibrating mill. The materials enter the crushing chamber from the feeding hopper. The grinding rod in the crushing chamber collides and grinds with the materials through vibration. The machine is equipped with a water cooling device to control the temperature in the crushing chamber. The whole machine is designed according to the "GMP" standard. The equipment operates in a fully sealed state, without dust flying and environmental pollution.
