TECHNOLOGY

VC + ESR

VC casting is carried out under vacuum in a vacuum degassing unit.

  • Dissolved Hydrogen is controlled to 1.0-1.5 ppm.
  • To minimise gas pickup (oxygen and hydrogen).
  • Clean ingot.
  • Homogeneous and refining microstructure.
  • ESR roll has the advantages of high wear-resistance, high anti-accident and high uniformity of surface hardness.
  • We TSR rolls, Only provide ESR roll for customers.

 FORGING  

  • Typical forging reductions for work rolls is 3:1, to avoild the loose structure defect,optimize the microstructure.
  • Forged Rod Blanks Standard GB/T15547-2012.

QUENCHING AND MACHINE

  • Automatic control induction heating power, stable quenching heating temperature.
  • Quenching by Constant temperature cooling water, steady quenching cooling intensity.
  • Multi-heating induction rings design to ensure the heating depth and meet the customer 's Working Layer requirements.   

   

TSR Roll has a machining shop of more than 15.000 square meters, including the lathe, boring machine, grinding machine and other modern processing equipment for rolls. Thanks for the first-class operator working on high-precision CNC equipment, it is easy to produce the rolls with various kinds of grooves and precise tolerances.

TEMPERATURE DIFFERENTIAL HEAT TREATMENT FOR BUR

  • The temperature uniformity of furnace is improved by using multi-point layout of small power burner.
  • Multi-infrared  pyrometers automatically measure body temperature and adjusts intensity of the burner according to temperature difference.
  • The quality of  working layer can be ensured.
