Warranty: We have 3 QC to supervise the quality, frame finished check - rattan woven check- packing check.
We can give 3 years warranty for the wicker and 5 years warranty for sun brella cushion. And we will replace the bad parts for free once we receive the photos of the mistake.

A: Basically we ship in EXW or FOB, but other solutions are available if you have special requirements.

A: We will provide 2~3 years quality warranty according your country weather.

A: 1. T/T 30% deposit upon order confirmation and balance T/T 70% before shipment
2. Irrevocable L/C at sight

Q5:Can I get a sample before mass order?
A4: Surely you can, we offer the sample by the basic cost of making sample, and will return all the cost of the sample when you place Mass order to the factory.
