This China Foundry Machinery  Sand Casting Multi piston Moulding Machine For Manhole Cover Production line can be used in all kinds of foundry workshop clay sand upper and lower box modeling, can be used by single machine or mechanized assembly line, but also can be used by semi-automatic line.
The biggest characteristics of this machine are three:
1, pneumatic multi-piston compaction, no oil leakage, moderate specific pressure, no special requirements for molding sand, a large number of pistons (48pcs or more ), suitable for complex model modeling.
2. When the machine is compacted, the frame is not subjected to force, but is hooked to the worktable by four pull rods hanging from the side of the multi-pistons body. With the multi-contact extending downward, compaction is carried out. If the contact, hook, sand box, mold plate, If the worktable is regarded as a system, this kind of compression strength is internal force or internal force compaction.
3, compaction, contact compaction sand mold on the one hand, at the same time with the worktable shock (detached from the frame, the frame is not vibrated). Therefore, the compaction effect of shock is good, the hardness of sand mold is high and uniform (the average hardness is 85 × 90, B hardness is measured), the amount of sand eaten can be as small as 20 × 30 mm, the ratio of sand to sand is H ≤ B ≤ 2 ≤ 3, and the hardness of the vertical surface of the mold cavity can still reach more than 80. This machine adopts spring full buffer pneumatic microshock mechanism, so there is no special requirement for foundation. The die starting adopts connecting rod synchronous shaft structure, pneumatic oil speed regulation, good synchronism of starting die, easy speed control, and compaction contact is a single independent cylinder. The number of working pistons can be adjusted with the sand box.
