Features of CKZ Backstop Clutch Cam Clutch
1.Type CKZ is sprag type overrunning clutch with bearing supported;
2.Limit speed is 600-1500r/min;
3.Nominal torque:180-8000N.m;
4.Applications:packing machine, goisting and conveying machinery, metallurgy machinery, mining machinery, petroleum machinery, chemical machinery, tubular cooler, power plant,etc.
5.CKZ overrunning clutch also named backstop, It is primarily used as a backstop and the dual power speed starter
Units are delivered oil or grease lubricated according to the type. It is a Formsprag USA design that uses tall sprags with multi-radius active surfaces. Designed specially for large size freewheels to compensate for any eccentricity due to bearing wear.
We can supply any bore size between the minimum and maximum specified in the table, including imperial sizes.
