Product Introduction:
Dough sheet is cut into noodles by noodle knife then goes into wave shapng guide box under the guide of the noodle comb,under the resistance of the pressure port,noodles are folded into corrugate shape regularly and then pushed out of the pressure port with the pushing force.The apparatus is also known as shaper,shaping box,noodle divider,corrugate make and shaper. Wave makers plays a key role in noodle production procedures,and it exerts dacisive influence on dough sheet even weight and difference.
It requires noodles to be heaped up,and noodles areeasily stuck with different gaps. As a result,a degree is likely to drop during steaming,boiling and frying. So noodles can't be fried,steamed thoroughly. The pressure port should have appropriate pressure.
If the pressure is excessive,the corrugation will be too dense; if the pressure is small,the corrugation will be too sparse,and too small pressure will result in shaping impossible.
