Automatic 3D fence mesh welding machine with robot mesh stacking
This 3D fence mesh welding machine production line is developed and produced by the Chinese technical team and European engineers combined with the use experience of customers.
The whole production line is very advanced and each system has been greatly improved.The line wire feeding system is very precise, and the length range can be 75-2500 mm, the pull mesh system, mesh conveying system and mesh bending system are controlled by different servo motors, it can greatly improve the production speed. The bending system adopts high-speed bending machine, and the upper and lower molds move at the same time for high-efficiency production.
The mesh stacking system adopts intelligent robot stacking system. Its advantage is that it can accurately and quickly place the mesh in order, reduce labor and save cost.
1 ★ The mesh length (fence height) can be adjusted arbitrarily 75-2500 mm.
2 ★ Vibration device is added to the cross wire feeding system to prevent wire winding.

1.Line wire feeding system.
Line wire feeding system is a new design, which can place wires quickly and accurately,automatic alarm in case of failure.
2.Line wire pushing system.
The wire is pushed in the trunking with a length range of 75-2500 mm,It is simple and convenient, no noise.
3.Mesh bending system.
The mesh bending system adopts the way that the upper and lower molds move at the same time, which greatly improves the bending efficiency and bending accuracy.
4.Robot mesh stacking system.
The robot mesh stacking system can accurately stack the bent mesh neatly, facilitate packaging and reduce labor cost.It can intelligently adjust the height of mesh stacking.
5.Cross wire dithering device.
Pneumatic shaking device is added to the cross wire feeding system to prevent cross wire winding. Reduce mechanical operation failures.
6.Cross wire feeding system moving device.
The engineer specially added a mobile device to the cross wire feeding system, which can facilitate the customer to adjust the mesh size and move the welding electrode.
7.Connecting copper block.
The connection between transformer and electrode uses copper block instead of soft copper leaf, which has better quality and conductive effect.
8.Electrode and copper base.
The electrode and copper base are all made of high chromium copper, which is a special alloy material with wear resistance and high temperature resistance. Increase the service life of the electrode.
9.Cross wire positioning device.
The cross wire positioning device adopts the cylinder type, which can more sensitively adjust the cross wire position and increase the welding speed.
10.Line wire positioning device.
This device is specially designed to make the wire accurately reach the specified position and ensure that the grid standard has no error.
